✔ Travel Fee: $50 for locations beyond 30 km outside Fredericton (+$0.50 per additional km)

✔ Damage or Theft Fees: Charges apply for lost or damaged equipment (see service agreement for details)
✔ Cancellation Policy:
• Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 7 days before the event
• Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit
• A $100 administrative fee applies to all refunds
